Ayinoks Endüstriyel Mutfak Ekipmanları (the "Company") acts as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"). This notice explains the purposes for which the personal data you send through our website is processed, to whom it may be transferred, and what rights you have.

2. Personal Data Processed

If you complete the project consultancy form on our website, the following data is processed:

Identity and contact data: full name, company or organisation name, e-mail address, telephone number
Enquiry content: the project, facility and capacity information you share in your message
Transaction security data: the IP address the enquiry was sent from and the time of submission

3. Purposes of Processing

Evaluating your enquiry and responding to you
Preparing quotations, pricing and project feasibility studies
Conducting pre-contractual discussions and the business relationship
Preventing misuse and automated submissions through the form (information security)
Meeting legal obligations and providing evidence in any dispute

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

Art. 5/2-c: Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
Art. 5/2-ç: Processing is necessary for the Company to fulfil a legal obligation
Art. 5/2-f: Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company (enquiry follow-up and information security)
For any processing outside these grounds, your explicit consent is obtained under Art. 5/1.

5. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, solely and to the extent required for the purposes stated in this notice. It may also be transferred to legally authorised public authorities upon request, within the framework of applicable legislation.

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Once your enquiry has been concluded, your personal data is retained for [e.g. 1 year] if no business relationship is established, or for the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation if one is. At the end of that period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the Company and exercise the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data
To request erasure or destruction of the data within the conditions set out in the law
To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
To object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis of the data
To claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing

You may send your requests by e-mail to info@ayinoks.com or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and, depending on its nature, within thirty days at the latest.
